INTRODUCING THE NEW SERET (סרט) CIRCLE: THE JOY OF GIVING (BACK)
Inspired by the friends of Festival founder Beverly Braverman z”l, the Seret Circle is the heart and soul of the Chicago Festival of Israeli Cinema’s loyal community support.
Beverly Braverman loved film and loved Israel. She was particularly passionate about opening a window to Israeli culture for all Chicagoans through Israeli films. She spent half the year at her home in Tel Aviv, the other half in her native Chicago—thus, the hybrid name, Seret (film in Hebrew) Circle.
Contributions can be made annually, as outlined below, or in one lump sum, i.e. $5,000 x 5 = $25,000. All funds are unrestricted and will be put to best use as determined by the Chicago Festival of Israeli Cinema Board of Directors and Executive Director. The CFIC’s 501(c)3 status allows your contribution to be tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
You are invited to join our Circle, helping the Festival grow to become one of the largest, most comprehensive and influential Israeli film festival in the world
